I love connecting with people, working hard, and creating stories, which probably explains why my best work tends to be a mix of all three. Though I consider myself a writer first, I have found a passion for drawing and leading dedicated teams for a common goal. Nothing is more important to me in a project than to make sure the foundation of the project—the story—is solid enough for a great product, whether it be a book, film or tv show. (I would also say video games, but gameplay tends to be the major focus there—which boy do I love making a story out of gameplay as well.)

When I’m not creating, I spend my time with my husband and family, friends, and church crew. We tend to do a lot of video games, foodie excursions, or traveling.
